Mensa is the world's most famous club for testing intelligence. It's requirement for membership is a score at or above the 98th percentile on certain standardised IQ or other approved intelligence tests.

Mensa's constitution lists three purposes: "to identify and to foster human intelligence for the benefit of humanity; to encourage research into the nature, characteristics, and uses of intelligence; and to provide a stimulating intellectual and social environment for its members."

With that in min Mensa has a particular focus on gifted children. It's youngest members were invited to join at age two! It's oldest is 102.
